Here’s now it works:
Step 1: Upload JD and Intake Notes
In Calyflow, which is open-source, create a new client and project. In the Documents section, save a job description and intake notes.

Step 2: AI Starts Sourcing
First, let AI generate the sourcing strategy (takes 2-3 minutes) and qualification criteria (20 seconds). Then, let AI agent to propose a plan.
You only have to set A) goal and B) budget. Then, it will start sourcing… 🧞

Step 3: Review a Shortlist
You can go for a walk and come back in 10 minutes. You’ll see a list of qualified candidates the AI agent found in different databases:
Your ATS (it can connect through a built-in connector)
LinkedIn Proxy (because most people have a LinkedIn profile)
External databases
Data enrichment providers

Step 4: Send Outreach Emails
If you are satisfied with candidates it finds, you can send emails to all of them. The agent finds email addresses of those prospective candidates and sends individual, personalized emails. No spam, because these emails are highly personalized, relevant, and not send as mass emails.
